Return & Refund Policy

At SPEEDFLOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

 

Items not eligible for return:

- Customized or personalized products

- Gift cards or downloadable items

- Products marked as “Final Sale”

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved returns: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was sent.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions.
  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
